David Liu

David Liu, with a master degree in engineering, was called to the legal bar in China in 1997. He specialized in international business law, successfully resolved a variety of international trading disputes through litigations and international arbitrations; while he worked as a legal counsel for a renown import and export corporation in China.

He is a licensed paralegal in Ontario. With his passion on law, he has been conducting the researches on law since immigrating to Canada, which makes him knowledgeable on a broad range of legal topics including real estate law, immigration law, human rights law, employment law and corporation law.

His rich experience in legal services in both Canada and China will benefit the corporate clients who are interested in developing the international market for their products and services.

David is fluent in Mandarin and English languages.
